8: Find a column to focus on.
This is your last ditch effort- you are having an extremely difficult time, have gone through the whole game, have never gotten a free space, and do not see a way to win. Here is one of those scenarios:
In this situation, undo everything all the way back to the beginning of the game, and pick a column to clear. Just one. Focus exclusively on clearing that column, to the detriment of all the other columns, and all other possible advantageous combinations (if they interfere with the clearing of your chosen column). The main goal here is to get just a blank space, so that you have more leeway in which to move your cards around. Get it? One column. Don’t worry about the rest of the cards.
Here’s how to pick that column:
You need to get a column that will not be burdened by Kings. First, if you have played the whole game, you will know which column does not get dealt a King. Also important is that the column does not have a King in its stack. How do you know if a King is in a stack? Because you have already played the whole game and have turned over all the cards you thought possible. If you try the exclusive column clear strategy and find a King in the midst, abandon that column, go back to the beginning, and focus on a new column. Focusing on just one column has always helped me win games I thought were not winnable.Once you have a clear space, you can maneuver your cards around more easily.
In the game above, I noticed that no Kings were dealt or in the decks (to my knowledge) in columns 2,3,4,8 and 10. I decided to pile through column 2. I tried my best to clear it. I got to the 2nd to last card in that column, but was not able to clear it. So I undid everything back to the beginning, and worked on clearing column 3. I was able to do that.

After I cleared column 3, it was easy to clear column 10. After clearing the 2 columns, I was able to maneuver the rest of the cards, allowing me to beat that game.
